TWO CELLOS |

|
Two Cellos were formed some ten years ago and has enjoyed a growing success as an ensemble offering an exciting alternative to the more conventional choice of the String Quartet, Harp or Piano. Like all classically trained musicians, they worked initially in the conventional world of recitals and the concert hall, but made the decision, some years ago, to become more commercially orientated. This meant huge changes in both their repertoire and the way they worked. They have been fortunate in that many highly regarded colleagues have arranged popular music for Two Cellos . Currently arranging for the duo is Alan Cohen who writes for the BBC, the National Jazz Orchestra and Deutsche Radio to name but a few of his clients. At larger venues the Duo play through a very high amplification system, specifically chosed for its ability to discreetly enhance the sound of Two Cellos without ever becoming overpowering. Thus they can offer high quality background music for every type of event, where their music creates an atmosphere in whch people can truly relax. Whether it is music for a Traditional Wedding Reception, or a Civil Ceremony and Reception. Two Cellos are the people for your function. Two Cellos are also available for Corporate Events. A demo of TwoCellos is available on request on either CD, Mini Disc or Cassette. The music was sublime, the choice and variety excellent......all in all you helped make a very special day a truly remarkable and memorable one. Thank you
We thoroughly enjoyed your performance at The Manor House in Aldermaston on the occasion of our marriage on November 15th last year. You also won plenty of plaudits from the assembled relatives and guests. Your music was very much appreciated by all our guests during the meal and certainly entertained those waiting for the rest of the party to be seated - what would we have done without your advice! We were delighted with your splendid music. It most certainly contributed to a magical and fairy-tale like day...Thank you both - it was great. If you would like a written quote, click here.
